Refund Criteria:

1. Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help. To initiate a refund or exchange, we require videos and pictures of the damaged item. Please send this to us at naturesbell21@gmail.com. We will assess the issue, and based on our findings, we will either refund your purchase or exchange the product for you.
2. Wrong Product Delivered: In the rare event of receiving the wrong product, don’t worry; we’ll make it right. To rectify this, we’ll need videos and pictures of the incorrect item. Kindly send these materials to us at naturesbell21@gmail.com. We will promptly resend the correct product to you. The resending process will be initiated within 1 week from the date of your complaint, and the refund will be processed within 4 days.

Return and Refund Conditions:

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging. Please provide a photo of the damaged item as proof and email it to naturesbell21@gmail.com. Items must be returned within 3-4 days of receipt.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges:
